Marcus is the Founder of Amongst Elite, a company based on entrepreneurial principles focused in hospitality and entertainment. In his free time, he flirts with various ideas and advises startups and other entrepreneurs.
As a graduate of Florida International University with a well-rounded experience as a student athlete, Marcus always felt his calling would be running various endeavors. While studying Business Marketing & Real Estate at FIU Marcus was able to establish a deep network as a promoter of different clubs throughout South Beach and Coconut Grove under Twism Entertainment.
He was able to land an internship with the Miami HEAT which helped to develop his marketing creativity prior to walking onto the Men’s Basketball Team at his University. Since then he has been able to come up with unique platforms to help develop some key upcoming brands in New Jersey.

Chris Cole
Title: Co-Founder & Visionary
Chris Cole is an entrepreneur by nature, combined with his spirit of influence topped off with determination and other leadership qualities. Chris was brought into Amongst Elite as a partner because of his vast experiences and bond with the AE team. Chris' presence has made an immediate impact since coming on board, a true testament to a quote he often uses, "hit the ground running." With Chris' ability to understand people and clientele he will help to bring nation wide business to the company. He has a passion for music as well as sports which leads to talent management which is a growing aspect in the business of AE. Chris’ role on the TV reality show College Hill South Beach has blessed him with a platform where his gifts and talents have prepared him for the global market. The show exposed his diplomatic skills by the way he skillfully controlled the temperament of the house; His strategic planning was uncovered by how he designed and implemented a voting drive project to go out and vote in 2009. After the show, Chris birthed a company called I am branded, exposing the next generation to the truth about the entertainment industry. Not that it’s a bad thing, just that if you not all the way in it, if it’s not your passion or your purpose, stay in your lane, because this is some real grown up sh*t!

LA Hall
Title: Entrepreneur & Creative Mind
A native of Neptune, New Jersey, LA Hall, like many has dreams of doing things that are seldom achieved. He has already begun building an impressive resume for himself, which ranges from: financial services, to event planning & hosting, community service, and brand advisement | management.
LA has laid the foundation for a very successful future while studying at Rutgers University. Before graduating in May 2014 he established himself as a leader in the student community through his involvement with various organizations – all while maintaining a high GPA majoring in American Studies and minoring in Entrepreneurship.
LA then interned at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management under Senior Executive | Global Sports & Entertainment Director Octavius "Ted" Reid. Due to his knowledge in technological innovation, the financial market, and natural sense of business acumen and creativity, he was able to go above and beyond and increase office numbers. With his foot in the door, he relocated within the company to Los Angeles, California and trained to become a financial advisor. However, he soon left Morgan Stanley for a position at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in efforts to be more of an asset to the company. Despite the change in companies, this position too lasted shorter than the NFL preseason. He decided to leave the company to explore his God given skills and talents and truly hone what it means to be an hybrid creative more so
Personally, LA describes himself as a “Lifelete,” a play on words stemming from the word athlete. Just as Lebron James dominates the courts with his physical prowess, LA uses his creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, business savviness and leadership skills to succeed in life. Just like most of us, LA is still young and brooding, but he is determined to utilize his strong communication and analytical skills to be above the average. All of his skills and business ventures are a testament to LA’s inevitable success.
Jonathan Gibbs
Title: Facilitator & Visionary
John Gibbs, the Panamanian descent entrepreneur was born and raised in Queens, NY. Eventually moving to NJ where he then grew into his own.
He envisioned himself being a successful individual as he matured but was unsure of how to get to the peaks of success. Not knowing possibilities and relying on faith, John as most of the team was ready to take that leap of faith.
Fail until you succeed
is his motto and something he lives by daily.
He began to study how people such as Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey and Walt Disney were able to get to their success. He noticed a trend within all of them, they ultimately failed their way to the top, they were passionate about their visions and that is how they excelled at their craft.
John decided not to follow the status quo but instead follow his passion of helping other young entrepreneurs get to their goals as well as achieve his. John is an intricate part in the movement forward of Amongst Elite, as he brings various venture to the table.
